The Graphene Symposium in Ulsan is scheduled to be held at UNIST on May 8, 2019. This is an event for researchers to present and discuss their latest work on graphene, thus providing an important channel for exchange of information among them.
The symposium will feature keynote speakers, including Professor Rodney Ruoff (IBS/UNIST), Professor Jong-Hyun Ahn (Yonsei University), Professor Hui-Ming Cheng (CAS), Dr. Joong Tark Han (KERI), as well as Professor Konstantin Novoselov (NUS), the 2010 nobel prize winner in physics. In addition to presentations, there will be also panel discussions on various topics in relation to graphene.
This symposium is especially meaningful, as it is held at UNIST in celebration of its 10th/12th anniversary and Mayor Cheol-ho Song of Ulsan will also attend to encourage cooperation between industry and academia.
